What are the circumstances of Fourth Amendment rights

CPS along with Northport police officers entered my home without consent without a warrant without probable cause without evidence without providing me anything in paper format and assaulted me handcuffed me and kidnapped my son they harassed threatens intimidated and traumatized us for over two hours attempting to get in the house One police officer tried to come in through my son‘s bedroom window, which prompted me to crack the door open and have a police officer kick his foot into the door to hold it open they told me I didn’t have a right to know anything that CPS had a legal right to my child That they did not have to tell me anything. They could do what they want begged and pleaded with them for 30 minutes to leave my property to respect our rights and that I did not want them in the house when I attempted to report the incident to the Northport police They threatened to arrest me. What is my recourse
