I was 17 when my grandfather passed away. I inherited a WWII 303 British Rifle. The one he carried throughout the war. As soon as my father found out he took it to his brother to be cleaned and appraised. I never seen it again. Im 42 years old. My father and his brother have avoided me for years. I recently found out that my father sold it to his brother that same day over 20 years ago. I confronted my uncle and asked him to please return it. It wasn't my father's gun to sell I told him. He flat out told me to bad. He bought it and its his. He's not giving it back, period. My question is, can I get my grandfather's gun back on the count my father pretty much stole it from me and sold it. And my uncle bought a stolen gun and knows it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
